Court of Appeals Opinion

The Court of Appeals’ unpublished decision issued today is here. The decision upholds dismissal of Northside Neighbors’ initial complaint essentially on the ground that suit was filed too early. “Neighbors should file suit if and when documented violations occur,” the Court’s opinion instructs.
